Refund and Returns Policy

INITIATING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

COVERAGE: Please first determine if your item is covered under the applicable Exchange or Return for Refund Policy.

CUSTOMERS & GUESTS: Contact help@lillarose.biz to initiate your return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

COVERAGE: Damaged or incorrect sizes within 90 days of purchase. Defective items within 1 year of purchase.

INCLUSIONS: Item(s) being returned. Customer & Guests must include at least one of the following: Copy of Order Receipt, Packing Slip, or original Order Number. Stylists returning product must include RMA form.

PRICE DIFFERENCES: If you are exchanging for a larger size, you must pay the difference of cost paid and the larger size. If you are exchanging for a smaller size, you will be refunded the difference of price paid and the smaller size.

SHIPPING ITEMS TO LILLA ROSE: U.S. Online Customers & Guests receive a pre-paid Merchandise Return Label; Stylists are responsible for shipping items back to Lilla Rose. International Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Lilla Rose. To ensure the success of your exchange, please consider using delivery confirmation or traceable shipping back to Lilla Rose. Lilla Rose is not obligated to process exchange if items do not arrive at our warehouse, or does not have proper inclusions needed for identification.

SHIPPING REPLACEMENT ITEMS BACK TO YOU: In all cases Lilla Rose pays for shipping of replacement items back to you via the shipping method of our choice.

RETURN FOR REFUND POLICY

COVERAGE: Unwanted, unused product in original condition and within 30 days of purchase.

INCLUSIONS: Item(s) being returned. Customer & Guests must include at least one of the following: Copy of Order Receipt, Packing Slip, or original Order Number. Stylists returning product must include RMA form.

REFUND: Recover purchase price less any discounts used on original order, plus any U.S. sales tax paid to Lilla Rose; Shipping and handling not recoverable unless otherwise noted. Additionally, for international returns for refund recover up to $4.00 of your original purchase’s shipping cost.

SHIPPING: Buyer is responsible for shipping items back to Lilla Rose. To ensure the success of your return and refund, please consider using delivery confirmation or traceable shipping back to Lilla Rose. Lilla Rose is not obligated to process refund if items do not arrive at our warehouse, or does not have proper inclusions needed to identify return.
